Basuki Instructed N. Jakarta Headmen to Clean BMW Park

Purnama instructed North Jakarta Mayor and Regional Working Unit (SKPD) to
clean BMW park in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta from illegal building and
container truck.

“I instruct mayor to controll
illegal building in BMW park, Mr. Kukuh, Head of City Satpol PP to back up,” he
said when led executive meeting (Rapim) at City Hall, Monday (9/14).
Harsh action take to crack them
down by proposing PLN to shut down the electricity in illegal residential
around BMW park. As concerning the occupants are illegal residents who do not
have ID-Card.
“PLN must cut off the electricity
there,” he expressed.
Furthermore, Jakarta Transportation
Department had been instructed to crack down dosens of container trucks parked
around the park.
“You (Dishub) must control those junk
containers,” he asserted.
However, another party was also
instructed to plant shady trees around the park.
“It must be run well, Madam Ratna,
Head of Jakarta Park and Cemetery Department to plant tree over there,” he
finished.
